RGH Nutrition may make changes to the material contained on its web site at any time without notice. Content found on RGH Nutrition website may be similar to that of which is found on similar websites, the owner or director of such websites may request that the content is removed or adjusted accordingly.

RETURN POLICY & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

At RGH Nutrition, we aim to deliver you the very best products... However we understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
Please note: The only products covered under the "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" policy are products we manufacturer (RGH Nutrition Brand) For example if you purchase a item from us that isn't made by us - Its nonrefundable nor returnable. Items are only refundable if purchased via PayPal or COD/COP. 
All items are sent back at the buyers expense and must be done so within 5 days of receiving the goods or the money back guarantee offer is voided.

By placing an order with RGH Nutrition you agree to the above Return Policy conditions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic parcels shipped by RGH Nutrition include a tracking number. If no one is available at your nominated shipping address and ‘Signature on Delivery’ option has not been selected then Australian Post has the authority to leave your parcel in a secure location of their choosing. RGH Nutrition does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the parcel has been handed over to transport company. All orders are posted in 2(two) business day after payment has been received and cleared.

SHIPPING COSTS Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason.

Flat rate shipping is available for domestic shipping

Current free shipping prices are as follows:

SHIPMENTS RETURNED BY THE POST OFFICE

In some cases when a package is returned to us unopened by the Post Office we may be willing to refund the cost of the order itself, however, this is at our discretion and does not imply any obligation to do so. In all cases, we will not refund the cost of shipping. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

RGH Nutrition is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office. Lost, damaged or stolen packages are very frustrating and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem. Please understand though that this is completely beyond our control and does require you contact the post office for assistance.

RGH Nutrition does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the parcel has been handed over to the postal service.

FAILED TRANSACTIONS

Many things can cause a credit or debit card transaction to fail. Typos and incorrect billing information are common causes. Particularly with debit cards, funds are held (by your bank) when a transaction is attempted. It may take several days (7 to 10 on average) for those funds to be released back to your account in the case of a failed transaction. Please be sure all information is exactly as it appears on your bank statement to avoid held funds.
